Privacy Policy

Privacy in plain language: VecSynIQ is designed as a local-first creative utility. Artwork you import for vectorization, print preparation, cutter workflows, and export is processed on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to Mrdzyn Studio. VecSynIQ does not require a VecSynIQ account, does not contain third-party advertising, and does not use an analytics SDK for artwork or usage tracking. Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed in the app through RevenueCat, which receives limited purchase, entitlement, anonymous identifier, and subscription-service information needed to provide that functionality.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how VecSynIQ, developed by Mrdzyn Studio, accesses, processes, stores, and handles information when you install, use, purchase, or interact with the mobile application.
VecSynIQ is a creative image-to-vector and production-artwork utility. Current functionality includes local raster-to-vector conversion, SVG export, print preparation, Layered Cut SVG workflows, cleanup, Weld, Stacked and Sliced cutter geometry, registration marks, weed boxes, contour generation, per-layer export, and Cutter Bundle ZIP export.
This policy applies to VecSynIQ itself. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, your operating system, and any destination you intentionally export or share files to operate under their own privacy practices and terms.
2. Local-First Processing
VecSynIQ is designed so that core artwork processing occurs locally on your device.
The app may process information such as:
- Images you deliberately select or import, including PNG and JPEG files.
- Vector geometry generated from those images.
- SVG artwork and cutter-ready geometry.
- Transparency and print-preparation results.
- Layer, cleanup, Weld, Stacked, Sliced, helper, contour, and machine-profile settings.
- Exported SVG, PNG, ZIP, and related production files.
This artwork and derived geometry are used to perform the functions you request within VecSynIQ.
Mrdzyn Studio does not intentionally receive or store copies of your imported artwork, generated SVG geometry, cutter layers, or exported production files on a Mrdzyn Studio-operated server as part of normal VecSynIQ 1.0 use.
VecSynIQ 1.0 does not provide Mrdzyn Studio cloud storage, artwork synchronization, public artwork hosting, or a VecSynIQ cloud backup service.
3. Files and Photos You Select
VecSynIQ may use operating-system file or image pickers to let you choose artwork from your device or supported storage providers.
The app accesses the file or image you select so it can perform the requested local operation. VecSynIQ is not designed to scan or upload your entire photo library, document library, or unrelated files.
Access to files, photos, or storage may depend on your operating system and the permissions or picker behavior provided by Apple or Google.
You can manage applicable device permissions through your device settings.
4. No VecSynIQ Account or Public Profile
VecSynIQ 1.0 does not require you to create a VecSynIQ account, provide an email address, create a password, or maintain a public profile to use its core creative workflow.
Mrdzyn Studio does not operate a VecSynIQ social-account database for normal app use.
The app does not provide:
- Public user profiles.
- A public artwork gallery.
- Friend or follower systems.
- User-to-user messaging.
- Public comments.
- Social feeds.
- Public leaderboards.
Your Apple ID or Google account may separately be used by the applicable app store for downloads, purchases, subscription management, and restore functionality. Those accounts are controlled by Apple or Google rather than VecSynIQ.
5. Local App State and Export-Quota Data
VecSynIQ may store limited app state locally on your device so the app can operate correctly. Depending on the current feature set, this may include:
- App preferences and settings.
- Local entitlement/cache information maintained by platform or subscription SDKs.
- Free-export quota state.
- A locally generated integrity key used to protect the export-quota ledger against casual tampering.
The export-quota ledger is stored in application-private storage. Sensitive integrity material is stored using operating-system secure-storage facilities through the app's secure-storage implementation.
This information is not used to profile your artwork, build advertising audiences, or track you across unrelated apps or websites.
Your operating system may separately include application data in device-level backup or restore services according to your device and account settings.
6. VecSynIQ Pro, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat
VecSynIQ may offer VecSynIQ Pro through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. VecSynIQ uses RevenueCat to manage product offerings, purchases, entitlement status, subscription restoration, and related subscription functionality.
The purchase transaction itself is processed by the applicable platform, such as:
- Apple App Store for iOS/iPadOS purchases.
- Google Play for Android purchases.
Mrdzyn Studio does not receive or store your full payment-card number through VecSynIQ.
VecSynIQ does not have an account system and does not provide RevenueCat with a custom VecSynIQ user identity. The current app configuration deliberately allows RevenueCat to generate an anonymous App User ID for the installation.
The RevenueCat SDK is configured when VecSynIQ starts and may communicate with RevenueCat to retrieve product offerings, entitlement status, and related subscription-service information even if you have not completed a purchase. This communication is limited to subscription functionality and does not include your imported artwork or generated production files.
RevenueCat may receive and process information needed to provide purchase and entitlement services, which can include:
- An anonymous RevenueCat App User ID.
- Purchase and subscription history.
- Product and entitlement information.
- Apple purchase receipts or Google purchase tokens.
- Subscription status, renewal, expiration, and restore information.
- Last-seen or transaction-related timestamps.
- Locale, currency, and limited transaction/service metadata needed to operate the subscription service.
RevenueCat's current platform disclosure guidance states that its standard subscription integration does not require collection of the user's photos, videos, files/documents, precise or coarse location, app activity, or crash/diagnostic data. Device or advertising identifiers may become relevant only if additional RevenueCat integrations or identifier-collection features are enabled. VecSynIQ 1.0 does not call RevenueCat APIs to collect advertising identifiers or set custom customer attributes.
Mrdzyn Studio may be able to view limited subscription, transaction, entitlement, and subscription-performance information made available through RevenueCat's developer dashboard for legitimate purposes such as providing app functionality, verifying entitlement status, restoring purchases, troubleshooting purchase issues, and understanding subscription performance.
RevenueCat does not receive your imported artwork, generated SVG files, cutter geometry, or exported production files from VecSynIQ as part of this subscription integration.
RevenueCat's current privacy practices are described at RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Mrdzyn Studio uses third-party providers only for the purposes described in this policy and requires providers that process VecSynIQ user data on its behalf to protect that data consistently with this policy, applicable law, and applicable store privacy requirements.
7. Apple and Google Store Processing
When you download VecSynIQ or make a purchase, Apple or Google may process information associated with your app-store account, device, payment method, transaction, tax status, country or region, purchase history, and related store activity according to their own policies.
Mrdzyn Studio does not control the information Apple or Google independently process as platform providers.

8. No Advertising or Cross-App Behavioral Tracking
VecSynIQ does not currently contain third-party advertising.
VecSynIQ does not use your artwork, generated vectors, cutter geometry, export history, or production files to build advertising profiles.
Mrdzyn Studio does not sell this artwork or workflow information and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
VecSynIQ 1.0 does not include a general analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking SDK for monitoring how you use your artwork.
RevenueCat is used for subscription and entitlement functionality rather than third-party advertising or cross-app ad tracking.
9. No External AI or Cloud Artwork Processing in Version 1.0
VecSynIQ 1.0's core vectorization and cutter-processing workflow is designed to run locally.
The current app does not send your imported artwork to an external AI provider or cloud vectorization service as part of the normal workflow.
If a future version introduces optional cloud processing, remote AI, cloud storage, synchronization, or another form of off-device artwork processing, Mrdzyn Studio will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable App Store privacy and Google Play Data Safety disclosures before representing that functionality as covered by the current policy.
10. User-Initiated Export and Sharing
VecSynIQ allows you to save or share files that you create.
Depending on the selected workflow, those files may include SVG, PNG, ZIP, or other supported output formats.
When you intentionally export or share a file, the operating system or destination service you choose may receive that file according to your action.
Once a copy leaves VecSynIQ through a user-initiated save or share action, that copy is handled according to the privacy and security practices of the destination you selected. Mrdzyn Studio does not control third-party destinations such as cloud drives, messaging services, email providers, social networks, or other applications you choose to use.
11. Support and Voluntary Communications
Normal VecSynIQ use does not require you to send personal information to Mrdzyn Studio.
If you contact Mrdzyn Studio for support, report a problem, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, you may voluntarily provide information such as:
- Your name.
- Your email address or other contact information.
- The contents of your message.
- Screenshots or screen recordings.
- Device model, operating-system version, and app version.
- Purchase or entitlement information needed to investigate a subscription problem.
- Example artwork or exported files that you deliberately choose to send for troubleshooting.
Mrdzyn Studio uses voluntarily supplied information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, investigate an issue, improve VecSynIQ, provide support, protect the service, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, private authentication credentials, signing keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Artwork and app state that remain only on your device generally remain there until you remove them, clear application data where supported, delete VecSynIQ, replace or reset the device, or the operating system removes them.
Because Mrdzyn Studio does not operate a central VecSynIQ artwork database for normal use, Mrdzyn Studio generally cannot remotely retrieve, modify, or delete files and data that exist only on your device.
RevenueCat, Apple, and Google retain purchase, transaction, entitlement, account, and related technical information according to their respective service requirements, legal obligations, retention practices, and privacy policies.
Information you voluntarily provide directly to Mrdzyn Studio for support may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or related legitimate business purposes.
Where applicable law gives you a right to request deletion of personal information held directly by Mrdzyn Studio, you may contact Mrdzyn Studio using the information in the Contact section below.
For RevenueCat-managed subscription/customer data, you may also contact Mrdzyn Studio to request deletion where applicable. Because VecSynIQ uses an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID rather than a VecSynIQ account, Mrdzyn Studio may need limited purchase or entitlement information to locate the relevant RevenueCat customer record. Subject to information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-integrity purposes, Mrdzyn Studio can use RevenueCat's developer tools to process an applicable customer-deletion request.
13. Data Security
VecSynIQ is designed to minimize unnecessary data transmission and keep normal creative processing local to your device.
Mrdzyn Studio uses reasonable technical and organizational practices appropriate to the nature of the application. The app uses operating-system private and secure storage where appropriate for local app integrity data.
However, no application, device, operating system, app store, network transmission, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, including device access controls, operating-system updates, backups, and the security of destinations where you choose to export or share your files.
14. International Processing
Your artwork is not intentionally transferred to Mrdzyn Studio as part of the normal local creative workflow.
RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and services you intentionally interact with may process limited transaction, technical, or account-related information in countries other than the country where you live. Their international processing is governed by their respective privacy policies, contractual protections, and applicable data-protection laws.
15. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights relating to personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other available rights.
For artwork and application data stored only on your device, you generally control that information through VecSynIQ, your file system, your operating system, and your device settings. Because Mrdzyn Studio does not maintain a central copy of normal artwork or cutter-project data, Mrdzyn Studio may not have remote access to data that exists only on your device.
For information independently processed by RevenueCat, Apple, or Google, a privacy request may need to be directed to the relevant provider according to its privacy policy.
For information you voluntarily provide directly to Mrdzyn Studio, you may contact Mrdzyn Studio to exercise rights available under applicable law.
You may also exercise the following practical choices:
- Revoke or change applicable photo/file permissions through your device settings where the operating system exposes such controls.
- Choose not to send optional screenshots, artwork, diagnostics, or other files to Mrdzyn Studio for support.
- Manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
- Delete VecSynIQ to remove app-local data from the installed application, subject to operating-system backup/restore behavior.
- Contact Mrdzyn Studio regarding deletion or other privacy requests for information Mrdzyn Studio or RevenueCat manages as described above.
16. Children's Privacy
VecSynIQ is a creative and production utility and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
VecSynIQ does not require a child or other user to create a VecSynIQ account or provide a name, email address, or phone number for normal app use.
The current product does not provide public user profiles, social networking, user-to-user chat, or behavioral advertising directed to children.

17. No Sale of Personal Information
Mrdzyn Studio does not sell personal information collected through VecSynIQ.
Mrdzyn Studio does not sell your imported artwork, generated vectors, cutter geometry, production files, or local workflow state.
VecSynIQ is not designed to use such information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
18. Third-Party Links
VecSynIQ may contain links to support pages, legal documents, subscription information, product documentation, or other external websites.
Opening an external link takes you to a third-party service that operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Mrdzyn Studio does not control the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
19. Future 3D Export
A planned future VecSynIQ update may add local 3D model generation, interactive 3D preview, STL export, and later 3MF export.
The intended architecture for these features remains local-first and is not intended to upload the user's source artwork or generated mesh to Mrdzyn Studio merely to create a 3D model.
Before any future 3D or cloud-related feature materially changes how data is accessed, collected, used, stored, or shared, Mrdzyn Studio will reassess this Privacy Policy and the applicable store disclosures.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Mrdzyn Studio may update this Privacy Policy when VecSynIQ functionality, third-party services, legal requirements, marketplace requirements, or data-handling practices change.
When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Store privacy declarations and this policy should be reviewed whenever a release introduces new off-device processing, SDKs, analytics, advertising, account systems, public content sharing, cloud storage, or similar material data-handling changes.
21. Store Privacy and Data Safety
Apple requires developers to disclose data collected by both the app and integrated third-party partners. Google Play similarly requires developers to declare user data transmitted off-device by the app or its SDKs.
For VecSynIQ 1.0, the store declarations should be kept consistent with this policy and the actual release build, including RevenueCat's subscription-related processing.
This policy should be rechecked immediately before submission against the exact App Store Connect App Privacy questionnaire and Google Play Data Safety form shown for the production build.
