Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

Refunds in plain language: VecSynIQ Pro is sold as Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Today it is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. A future web checkout operated by Paddle is planned so that one VecSynIQ Pro subscription can be used across platforms; web purchases are not yet available. Whichever way you buy, the same refund approach applies: you request a refund from the provider that billed you, cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period, and a refund ends Pro access on every linked device. The VecSynIQ Free tier involves no payment. Mrdzyn Studio support is happy to help you find the right refund route.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for VecSynIQ Pro subscriptions for VecSynIQ, developed by Mrdzyn Studio. It supplements Section 14 (Refunds) of the VecSynIQ Terms of Use.

VecSynIQ Pro may be purchased through different providers, each of which bills you directly: Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), and, once web purchases launch, Paddle (web checkout, acting as merchant of record). Mrdzyn Studio applies the same refund principles across all of them, modelled on the standard Apple App Store and Google Play approach, so that a VecSynIQ Pro purchase is treated consistently regardless of where it was made.

VecSynIQ Pro is offered only as Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no lifetime purchase option. Current prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country or region.

2. Free Tier

The VecSynIQ Free tier, including its included qualifying exports, does not require payment. Because no charge is made, no refund applies to Free use.

3. Purchases Through the Apple App Store

Subscriptions purchased on iPhone, iPad, or Mac through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple. Apple decides refund eligibility under its own policies. Mrdzyn Studio cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases or override Apple's decision.

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
  2. Select Request a refund, choose a reason, and select the VecSynIQ Pro subscription charge.
  3. Submit the request and follow any instructions Apple provides.

More information: Apple — Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

4. Purchases Through Google Play

Subscriptions purchased on Android through Google Play are billed by Google. Refund requests should be made through Google Play, which applies its own refund policies and time limits. Under Google Play's standard process, a request made shortly after purchase (generally within 48 hours) can often be handled directly by Google Play; after that, Google Play may direct you to the developer.

To request a refund from Google Play:

  1. Follow the steps in Google Play Help — Get refunds on Google Play, signed in with the Google account used for the purchase.
  2. Select the VecSynIQ Pro subscription charge and submit the refund request.

If Google Play directs you to the developer, contact Mrdzyn Studio support (Section 9) with the details listed there. Any refund Mrdzyn Studio is able to issue for a Google Play purchase is processed through Google Play's tools, subject to Google Play's policies.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

Deleting VecSynIQ from your device does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store where they were purchased:

  • Apple App Store: manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. See Apple — Cancel a subscription from Apple.
  • Web checkout (Paddle, once available): cancel through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or contact support. See Section 10.
  • Google Play: manage or cancel at Google Play — Subscriptions.

When you cancel, the subscription normally stays active until the end of the billing period already paid for and then does not renew. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period; a refund for that period must be requested from the provider that billed you, as described in this policy.

6. Effect of a Refund on VecSynIQ Pro Access

When Apple, Google, or (once web purchases launch) Paddle refunds, revokes, or reverses a VecSynIQ Pro purchase, the associated Pro entitlement ends on every device linked to that purchase, and Pro-only features such as unlimited exports, Layered Cut SVG, Cutter Bundle ZIP archives, and advanced Print Prep may no longer be available. Free tier features continue to work.

Files you already exported remain your files on your device. Refunds do not affect artwork stored locally, because VecSynIQ processes artwork on your device and Mrdzyn Studio does not hold copies of it.

7. Duplicate Purchases Across Platforms

Because VecSynIQ Pro is intended to work across platforms, use Restore Purchases (and, once available, account linking) before buying again on another device. If you are charged for more than one active VecSynIQ Pro subscription by mistake, request a refund of the duplicate from the provider that billed it, following Sections 3, 4, or 10, and contact Mrdzyn Studio support if you need help identifying which purchase to refund.

8. Consumer Rights

Refund eligibility may depend on the store, the timing of the request, your country or region, and applicable law. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited where you live.

9. Getting Help

If you are unsure which store billed you, or a refund request is not working as expected, contact Mrdzyn Studio support:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Support center: support.mrdzyn.studio

To help us assist you, include where you purchased (App Store, Google Play, or web checkout), the approximate purchase date, and the order or receipt number shown in your store receipt. Please do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords; Mrdzyn Studio does not need them and does not receive your full payment-card information through VecSynIQ.

10. Web Purchases Through Paddle (Planned)

VecSynIQ does not currently sell subscriptions through this website. When web checkout becomes available, it will be operated by Paddle as merchant of record, and the following terms will apply to VecSynIQ Pro subscriptions purchased that way. They follow the same principles as App Store and Google Play purchases:

  • Who processes refunds: Paddle bills web purchases and processes their refunds. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by contacting Mrdzyn Studio support (Section 9), who will arrange it through Paddle.
  • Refund window: you may request a full refund of the initial subscription charge, or of a renewal charge, within 14 days of that charge.
  • After 14 days: charges are generally non-refundable and partial refunds are not provided for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law. Requests are still reviewed individually, in the same way Apple and Google review late requests.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or via support. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Effect on access: a refunded, reversed, or charged-back web purchase ends the associated Pro entitlement on every linked device, as described in Section 6.

Paddle's buyer terms and any statutory rights that apply where you live remain in effect alongside these terms. A purchase made through Apple or Google continues to be refunded only through that store; it is not converted into, or refundable through, Paddle.

11. Changes to This Policy

Mrdzyn Studio may update this Refund Policy when purchase options, store rules, or applicable law change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
